PJ Powers Unplugged

Friday, 29 April

Penelope Jane Dunlop also known as PJ Powers or ‘Thandeka’, has enjoyed a highly successful musical career in South Africa spanning more than 33 years. She became famous fronting the band ‘Hotline’, after which she continued into a solo career. Her music has a style and a universal appeal and authenticity, evident in her recently released new album, “Destiny” and autobiography, ‘Here I Am’.

Curry Master Class

Beginning with a welcome drink in our Oyster Bar, start your experience with an exclusive ‘behind the scenes’ tour of Executive Chef, Kevin Joseph’s working kitchen. Our Curry Master Class will teach participants how to use traditional and modern Indian cooking methods to make a range of Samoosas, Curries and accompaniments. A three-course dinner with paired wines, featuring some of the dishes explored during the session, finishes the class perfectly.
