Cat Simoni’s new show is a flight of musical fancy, based on fact – and celebrates the legendary Judy Gardland. Showcasing all the classic Judy Garland signatures that define her turbulent career. Cat Sings Judy! features the music of some of America’s finest 20th Century songwriters including the Gershwins, Irving Berlin, Cole Porter and Harold Arlen.

Guest Chef Series: Floris Smith

Thursday 20 August

Floris Smith is well known to local foodies. Executive Chef at Bushmans Kloof, he promises to inspire Durban diners with his five-course food and wine dinner that captures the essence of the Cederberg and the Cape Floral Kingdom, reflecting the natural flavours of the surrounding landscape. Chef Smith showcases regional cuisine by incorporating ingredients from the indigenous Rooibos and Fynbos plants, as well as typical South African dishes that feature Cape Malay influences.
