Ceremony and Pre-reception
The couple will enjoy complimentary use of the Fynbos gardens for the ceremony (subject to weather conditions), which is situated within the hotel’s private gardens and seats a maximum of 80 guests.
On the Day

Dancing in the Drawing Room
The Menu is a 4 course set menu with one choice per course:
Starter, Soup, Main Course, Dessert, Tea/Coffee and Petit Fours.
Vegetarian dishes are always available and any other dietary requirements are catered for on a request basis
A comprehensive list of wines are available from the Castle cellars. All wines need to be purchased from the castle directly
