Enjoy an indulgent cornucopia of delicacies, from Norwegian salmon cured in-house to wild oysters plucked fresh from our own offshore oyster beds. Sample fresh fruit, charcuterie and local cheeses, while waiters are on hand to assist with orders for hot breakfast dishes, from Eggs Benedict to our famous waffles. All best enjoyed with a glass of South African sparkling wine.
